Children and adults with special needs or abilities can also find ATA
Taekwondo especially beneficial and empowering. To give the Special
Abilities student the best opportunity to take part in our curriculum,
we offer classes dedicated to both physically and cognitively challenged
children and adults.
ATA Martial Arts of So. New Hampshire's Special Abilities program tailors
to each individual's needs. We combine important life skills with Taekwondo-
based gross motor skills improvement and exercise. We also have an established
relationship with area physicians, physical and occupational therapists, and
mental health professionals that we can consult with if needed to establish
an individual program.
