The intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Cardio-Kickboxing classes will provide a cardiovascular workout utilizing kicks, punches, calisthenics and rope jumping to elevate heart rate and strengthen all major muscle groups. Students will also learn some basic self-defense techniques and get to apply these techniques on heavy bags and focus mitts to improve accuracy and provide resistance for the muscles.
