Martial Arts Programs
Students of Taekwondo have many reasons for their interest in the martial arts. Some are drawn to the fitness and weight-loss aspects of training, while others seek discipline and self control . Still others are interested in self-defense. We offer a wide variety of martial arts programs to help you meet your goals.
The Basic Martial Arts Program

This introductory program teaches basic martial arts skills. It is geared toward the novice, and introduces the student to the basic moves and forms. We recommend two to three half hour sessions per week. Learn more |
Black Belt Club
|
The Black Belt Club is for students who work hard in class and demonstrate the desire and dedication to earn their Black Belt. Members of the Black Belt Club receive additional training in weapons and self defense. Learn more |
Leadership

Songahm Taekwondo develops eight primary attributes: discipline, integrity, goals, focus, esteem, respect, attitude, and persistence. Our leadership program enhances these attributes, and teaches how to strengthen them in others. Learn more |
Cardio Kickboxing

ATA Fitness

This popular 30 minute high intensity fitness class uses basic martial arts techniques combined with typical daily muscle movements to improve flexibility, conditioning and overall health. This class is offered 5 times per week. Learn more |
Special Abilities

Protech Training
